Single Split

(1) Free dismantling and disposal of old equipment.

(2) Electrical point has to be installed or upgraded if it is not compatible with equipment.

(3) Ceiling works/ box up charges will be incurred if pipes are concealed.

(4) Price excludes locations such as Tuas/ Jurong Island/ Sentosa.

(5) Package inclusive of BASIC HDB Installation only.

(6) Package inclusive of one-time installation trip, subsequent trips will incur additional costs.

(7) Any uncommon circumstances such as Concealed Piping and Cabinet Obstruction are subjected for Site Inspection, extra charges may apply.

(8) Normal Stainless Steel L-Bracket is chargeable at S$150.00 (Exclude 7% GST).
